This very old Blix novelty toy set came from an estate in fair condition. The paper that covers the toy is worn and discolored. The instruction sheet inside the paper is in good condition. The wood block of furniture shows some nicks on one end of the wood. This set makes a living room. The 10 piece set forms one block but it also is a puzzle to put together. The wood is over 1000 years old and resists deterioration. The block measures 5” by 2 1/4” by 2 1/4”. There were two small pieces that broke off and were reglued showing a different color. Price was adjusted.
